Q: How do I place an order?
A: Select the model, colour, the selling unit (box or dozen) and the quantity and click add to cart. The system will take you through the check out process. It is very simple and straight forward.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Absolutely. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We use a very secure payment system so you don't need to worry about giving out your details.

Q: I haven't got a credit card. How do I pay?
A: You can pay by direct debit into our bank account and as soon as the payment shows up, we'll despatch the goods to you. Alternatively you can send us a cheque. As soon as the cheque is cleared, the goods will get despatched to you. This might take a few days.

Q: Do you deliver anywhere in NZ?
A: Yes, we do. When you check out, select the island you live in and the selling unit (box or dozen) and the system will calculate the delivery cost automatically.

Q: Where are you based? Can I come and see the hangers?
A: We are based in Auckland on the North Shore. You will need to phone us and we will organise a time when we can show you the products.

Q: Are the hangers good quality?
A: Our hangers are of the highest quality. Some models are imported from Germany and the rest is 100% NZ manufactured. They are very durable and they look great.
